The driver was busy on his mobile phone the whole way: making calls, writing messages, etc. That's not acceptable.

The journey was fine, the driver did his best to cross the borders as fast as possible. The bus did not have WIFI, plus there was a load music during the whole journey which disturb the passengers who were trying to sleep.

The bus was very old, no wifi, no restroom, tiny uncomfortable seats.
The main concern is WiFi. I believe that nowadays it's the most important facility that should be provided by every single bus that travels internationally!
The stuff was ok.
Автобус очень старый, без вайфая и туалета. Сиденья узкие, неудобные.
Водитель нормальный, претензий нет.
